Resource Three – Old FRQs – Free

This resource is often promoted by many websites providing tips for AP exams. When reviewing for your AP Exams, it is often helpful to access the free FRQs on CollegeBoard’s website and to go through as many of these FRQs as possible. However, keep in mind that teachers may use some of these FRQs throughout the year for review and that courses have gone through restructuring in the past. For example, the structure for the AP Biology exam changed in 2020, and the AP Chemistry exams underwent changes around 2013-2014. The free-response question rubrics also provide a good understanding of certain keywords, expectations and the formatting of answers that can maximize your score.
